設定 Proxy

Client 與 AsyncClient 使用相同設定；HTTP 查詢與 TAIFEX 串流均套用代理。 支援 HTTP／HTTPS 代理 URL，帳密可放在 URL 中。

未指定 proxy 時，預設遵循環境代理設定與 NO_PROXY。 HTTP 使用 HTTP_PROXY／HTTPS_PROXY／ALL_PROXY；串流由 websockets 依 WSS_PROXY／WS_PROXY 等環境設定選擇代理。 trust_env=False 停用環境設定；明確指定的 proxy 優先套用。 proxy 與自訂 transport 不可同時指定。
